With the iOS 16.1 upgrade, which is now accessible to customers on the beta channel, Apple may unlock 5G on iPhones in India. The beta update gave users a sneak peek at a new Live Activities feature that would display real-time data, such as sports scores or the status of your Uber, to users on the lock screen. Apple debuted the feature for the first time during the WWDC 2022 event earlier this year.
It also includes adjustments, such as the removal of Wallet. The app could previously only be deleted from the Home screen. In the future weeks, more information about the upcoming features will be made available.
