How to share your Google Calendar on your phone

However, sharing your Google Calendar on your phone is still feasible even though there is no method to do it using the app.

  1. Your screen will include a tab labelled “My Calendars” on the left side. The 3 dots that display next to the name of the calendar you wish to share when you hover your cursor over it should be clicked.
  2. Choose the “settings and sharing” option after tapping the three dots.
  3. There are 2 choices for sharing when you enter the settings.
  4. Go to Google Calendar webpage in the web browser on your smartphone. The link will take you directly to the app if you have already downloaded it. You must use a web browser to share your calendar.
  5. Make sure the website is in desktop mode, not mobile, if it isn’t already. You may change this by selecting the “view” option at the bottom of the page. If “mobile” is bolded, you are viewing the page in mobile mode; hit “desktop,” which is immediately adjacent to your phone.

How to share your Google Calendar on a computer

How to invite someone to a specific event on Google Calendar

To share one event with someone else, you don’t have to share your whole calendar.

  1. Go to the box that says add guests when establishing a new event on your Google Calendar, then enter the Gmail of the person you want to share it with.
  2. Once the event has been established but before remembering to share it,
  3. Click the pencil icon labelled “modify event” by clicking on the event.
  4. You may enter the Gmail addresses of everyone you need to share the activity with in the panel for visitors on the right of the screen while editing the event.
